WEEK SIX

Week six was a long week. I offered to stay with the kidletts so JP and Karen could have a date night. They went to dinner and a concert on Tuesday night. Thursday they left for Rhode Island. JP was in a wedding. They returned from the trip on Monday afternoon. The children were very good while their parents were away having lots of fun. Grandpa Mike had the weekend off so he came and spent lots of time with us. We spent time at the park and went on a shopping adventure to Sam's Club. Grandpa spent lots of time playing in the backyard with Maggie and the kids. Sophie says that Grandpa makes the BEST BUBBLES.
Everyone is feeling better than they did last week. Great Grandma Naomi may have got the nasty cold germ from Alex and Sophie and is now resting in bed trying to get better fast.
Alex only wants to be standing these days. He wants to walk really bad but it's just not happening yet.
Sophie is spending time on the computer. She likes to type letters. She can spell her name all by herself.
